½ white cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, grated
4 spring onions, chopped
1 Jar Sacla’ Free From Mayonnaise
1 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
Put the cabbage, carrots, and spring onions in a large bowl and stir to combine
Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard in a small bowl and then drizzle over the vegetables. Fold everything together to coat in the creamy sauce, then season to taste.
