Cycling champ Chris Froome announced on Instagram that he has dropped animal products from his diet after watching The Game Changers.

Sharing a photo of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream in an Instagram story, Froome wrote “Decided to go vegan since watching Netflix – The Game Changers. Ben & Jerry’s has got me covered.”

Froome has four Tour de France titles under his belt, but has suffered with his health this year following an injury at the Critérium du Dauphiné. The champ experienced multiple bone fractures after cycling into a wall at 54km/ph.

Now Froome is through the worst of his recovery, it seems he is looking to make healthy changes to his lifestyle as he works to get back on the saddle.
